What usually goes wrong
Reporting something broken instead of leaving it is the item that is hardest to score and most worth keeping. Walking past a broken machine costs nothing in the moment, which is exactly why it needs to be named as an expectation.
When to sign someone off
A workable bar for this station: no critical items missed, a score above a line you set for Equipment Reset & Cleaning specifically rather than one number for the whole building, and observed on more than one shift with at least one of them busy. Then date it, so it can expire.
