CrewSharp
Train · Evaluate · Schedule
Last updated 29 July 2026
These terms cover your use of CrewSharp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you're confirming you're allowed to bind that business.
CrewSharp is software for training, evaluating, and scheduling staff. You use it to record who works where, how they're progressing, and what needs attention on a given shift. We provide the software; the records you put in it are yours.
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private and making sure the people you invite should have the access you give them. Tell us promptly at crewsharpsupport@gmail.com if you think someone else has got in. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication in Settings.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not use CrewSharp for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages the service for other customers.
You keep all rights to the information you put into CrewSharp — your team, your evaluations, your schedules. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store that data, process it, back it up, and show it back to the people you've given access.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your team's records to train machine-learning models. We do not share them with anyone except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, who process data on our behalf.
New organizations get a free trial. We don't ask for payment details to start it, and nothing is charged before it ends — you're welcome to add a card during the trial, and it still won't be charged until the trial is up. After that, your organization is billed per active store location, on the interval shown on your Billing page.
The rate you sign up on is the rate you keep. If we raise prices later, existing customers stay on their original rate until they choose to move.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails we'll try again and let you know; if it keeps failing, your workspace may be paused until billing is sorted out. Your data isn't deleted when that happens.
You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep access until then, and we don't charge you again.
We don't automatically refund partial months. If something went genuinely wrong on our side, email crewsharpsupport@gmail.com and we'll sort it out fairly.
You can export your data at any time while your account is active, and we'll help you get it out if you're leaving. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it afterwards.
We work to keep CrewSharp running and to keep your data safe, but we don't promise the service will never be unavailable. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and things outside our control can interrupt it.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that goes unpaid, or that's being used in a way that puts other customers at risk — and except in serious cases we'll contact you first and give you a chance to fix it, and to get your data out.
CrewSharp is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited. CrewSharp helps you record and organize decisions about your staff — it does not make those decisions, and it isn't legal or employment advice. Employment decisions remain yours.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use CrewSharp after that means you accept the updated terms.
