Why per store and not per person
Most training tools in this category charge per learner. In a restaurant that is exactly backwards. Turnover is the problem the tool is meant to help with, so pricing that rises every time you hire a class of new people charges you most at the moment you need it most, and quietly encourages managers to leave the part-timers off the system.
A store is a stable unit. It is also the unit your P&L already thinks in, which makes this a line item a GM can approve without a spreadsheet.
What is not included
- There is no setup fee, no implementation package and no onboarding call to buy.
- There is no annual contract. It is month to month, and cancelling is a button.
- There is no cheaper tier with features removed, because there is only one tier.
- Volume pricing for larger groups is a real conversation, not a hidden plan card.
Common questions
How much does CrewSharp cost?
$79 per store, per month, billed monthly in USD. Every feature is included and there is no per-employee charge. A 14-day free trial starts without a card.
Is it priced per employee?
No, and that is deliberate. Team members, trainers and evaluations are all unlimited. Per-seat pricing in this category means your training tool gets more expensive at exactly the moment you hire a class of new people, which is the moment you most need it.
What counts as a store?
Each active location. Add a location and the bill goes up by one; archive one and it goes down the same way. Only active stores are charged.
What is in the free trial?
Everything. Fourteen days, no card required, no feature held back. Import your roster, build your stations, run real evaluations and generate real shift plans.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access to plans, roster and evaluation history through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are never charged again. You can undo the cancellation right up to the last day. It is a button on your Billing page, not a phone call or a retention conversation.
Do you offer volume pricing?
For larger groups, yes, and it is a conversation rather than a hidden tier. Email us and we will quote the group. Existing customers keep the rate they signed up at when list prices change.
How is payment handled?
Through Stripe's hosted checkout. Card details never touch CrewSharp's servers.
