The actual difference
Opus is a training delivery platform: content reaches the crew, in their language, and progress through it is tracked. CrewSharp does not deliver content at all. It records what a trainer saw somebody do at a station and turns that into coverage and scheduling information.

You have a multilingual crew and a real content problem: material that needs to reach everybody, be understood, and be kept consistent across sites. That is exactly what it is for, and a readiness tracker is no substitute.
