When to stay where you are
You want one vendor, your scheduling already lives there, and the job is getting material in front of people and proving it was delivered. Adding a second tool for that would be a poor trade.
When this is worth moving for
Your training completion looks fine and you still cannot answer who can cover fry on Friday. That gap is not a reporting problem, it is that completion and competency are different records.

Is CrewSharp a replacement for 7shifts?
No. 7shifts does scheduling, time, tips and payroll, and CrewSharp does none of those. If you are on 7shifts for scheduling, keep it. The overlap is only in the training half, and even there the two are answering different questions.
Can I use both?
That is the common shape. Courses and compliance material stay where they are, and the station-level readiness record lives separately because it is produced on the floor by a trainer rather than by somebody completing a module.
What does CrewSharp do that a completion report does not?
It tells you which stations are thin, whose sign-off has expired, and which specific checklist item your crew misses most. Those come from scoring people against station checklists, so they are not derivable from whether a course was finished.
